DM notes describe Futch as a squat pygmy ogre and Biskarr bully. During the raid, he fled toward the back after a knock and was ambushed by Bodius and Isilrod in disguise. His rage awakened a caged monkey into its true form: a male yeti, which Bonzo later spared.

Bodius Misty Stepped behind him at the back entrance and killed him basically solo. Isilrod and Bodius then moved into the shop and descended into the compound below via a magical painting elevator.
