Active Goals

Full status board with clocks and side jobs: Quest Log.

1. Stop the death curse — now directly afflicting the party: 1 max HP lost every 4 days. Siegfried was killed before questioning; remaining clue paths are the medusa, eagleman, or a future way to question the corpse.
2. Cure Dr. Aubrey’s wife’s vampirism. The dragon heart is obtained; tears of an angel and milk of a faerie remain. “Light a candle to the milk and that will show him the way.”
3. Clear the party’s names for the killing of Throbbin Mistwillow. Arrow shaft bore an algiz rune — “of the Symposium.” Vesper Ralk (his lover) is now a witness; wanted posters cover Baldur’s Gate; butler Mr. Stephens wore a matching algiz-rune necklace.
4. Pay back Balm Bitdoom. New bargain, now in writing: retrieve the Kilburg Card Deck from Ras Nsi’s pocket within 3 months. In return the party can keep Balm Bitdoom’s gifted items, except for one item. If the party fails, Balm Bitdoom says he will kill one of them. He also invoked the Symposium before disappearing.
5. Tell Flea what happened to Mosquito. Mosquito is dead — eaten by an undead owlbear inside the Temple of Cayochan. A letter to Flea was recovered from its stomach. Flea does not know yet.
6. Prepare the Shadowfang rescue. The party reached the village and reunited with Summer. Jacques is reported near the Great Hall; an evening council and translation of the keep history are pending.
7. Find and recruit Artus Cimber. LeGrand is searching for him. If the party finds Artus first, it must tell him about Jabari’s betrayal and recruit him for Watto’s coming fight.

Resolved Goals

• 🏆 Win Midsommer Night’s Song. Isilrod won the 284th Night Song and collected Old Tin Top’s song rewards in session 12.
• ✅ Prove Bonzo’s right to the claw. Ownership trial passed with 109 monkfish in Session 17.
• ✅ Clear the Wyrmheart forge. Two remaining warlocks defeated and treasury opened by the Song of the Albino Dwarf in Session 16.
• 🐉 Defeat the Wyrmheart dragon. Siegfried was killed in session 14, and Bonzo harvested the dragon heart.
• ✅ Warn LeGrand. Session 15 confirmed that the party warned him before departing; he is now searching for Artus Cimber.
• Find Mosquito. Confirmed dead in the Temple of Cayochan.
• Find Syndra Sylvane. She is with the party on the boat.
• Reach Old Tin Top’s for Midsommer Night’s Song. Reached during session 10.

• ⏳ Balm Bitdoom debt (3-month clock): retrieve the Kilburg Card Deck from Ras Nsi or he kills one of the party.
• ⏳ Watto’s raid (current remaining time unreconciled): Oliver Watto plans to hit Jabari Muktow’s villa. Session 15 estimated about two weeks elapsed; further travel and rests occurred in Session 17, so the current remainder must not be assumed to be two weeks.
• 🔴 Death curse on the party: 1 max HP per 4 days; Session 17 explicitly applied one loss to everyone. Additional travel/rests occurred; cumulative total and remaining deadlines are not reconciled.
• 🗺️ Shadowfang Keep: village reached; Summer reunited, Jacques awaiting near the Great Hall by her account. An evening elders’ council and Shoob’s translation of the keep history are pending. The rescue has not launched.
• 🌫️ Escaped possessor: Vesper Ralk was killed, but the entity possessing her escaped as black fog after controlling multiple people and creatures at once. LaFleur knows where it went.
• 🚪 Old Tin Top fireplace portal reaches Baldur’s Gate and apparently the Port Xibalba bathhouse flue run by Tubbs.
• 🚇 Wyrmheart forge: cleared and treasury opened in Session 16; both dwarf captives are dead. The rail-shaft web-maker remains unidentified.
• 🦞 Aldani village: Bonzo’s claw trial is complete. An unexplained blight and the disappearance of Van Cleavee, the village chef and ritual administrator, remain leads. The Sunken Lists challenge can earn one set of sacred armor.
• ☁️ Floating landmass: sighted far east-southeast of the Basin approach; not confirmed as Shadowfang Keep.
• 🩸 Mina Aubrey’s vampire curse: the dragon heart is obtained; Dr. Aubrey still needs tears of an angel and milk of a faerie.
• 🧠 Lost dragon clue: Siegfried died before answering where the death curse lies. The medusa/eagleman clues and possible corpse-questioning remain.
• 🎶 Isolde the Moth — pale half-elf with a bone flute; reacted to “Symposium” and may have been at Old Tin Top’s for months or only an hour.
• 🦋 Old Chultan cemetery — butterfly symbol and a Sigred grave marker; possibly pre-fall Ras Nsi era.
• ✉️ Flea doesn’t know Mosquito is dead — the party still owes him the truth.
