Place south of Old Tin Top’s named in Shago’s note: deliver the idol after the Night Song, then “make haste south to the Basin and intercept Grackles and LaFleur before they ruin all the fun.” Session 11 added a second hook: Raif Bright-fin planned to head to the Basin to meet the Aldani, with whom the Tritons share kinship.

Session 12 opened the Basin route. Jacques LaFleur says his captured companion, Anthe Grackles, is held at Shadowfang Keep, and fears the same shadow-and-mist force may have harmed the Aldani.

At the river fork in Session 13, LaFleur and Summer Mooneyham continued toward the Basin by steamboat. The player party split off toward Wyrmheart Mine, the red-dragon lead southwest of the Basin.

Arrival in Session 17

Session 17: The party followed a creek into river and marshland, found the steamboat, rested, and entered the Aldani village with Summer. An unidentified landmass was visible far to the east-southeast, floating roughly 300 feet high. Its identity as Shadowfang Keep is speculation, not confirmed geography. The nearby Sunken Lists are an underwater jousting lead.
