Butler at the Mistwillow Brownstone. The party met him just before Throbbin explained the Death Curse expedition plan.
Stephens wore an algiz-rune marking necklace. The arrow that killed Throbbin moments later bore the same algiz rune. This makes Stephens one of the earliest hard links between Throbbin’s murder and the Symposium.
Current uncertainty: whether Stephens personally killed Throbbin, enabled the assassin, or was only marked by the same organization.
