Imix Gold Statue

Intentionally obscured detail: the statue’s green adamantine third eye set in weathered gold; the full figure and size remain off-frame

Kind: Treasure
Status: Party storage in the Bag of Holding

A nonmagical gold statue with a green adamantine third eye, recovered from the firenewt shrine in Session 16. Its estimated value is at least 1,000 gp; it has not been sold or melted. The spoken dimensions were inconsistent, so fixed size and weight remain unconfirmed.

The firenewts worshipped it as Imix, an ancient fire god. A religion check found that its appearance did not match traditional depictions, suggesting misled worship without identifying a proven impostor.

Bodius lifted the statue while Faf held its pressure plate. The first warlock’s unmelted corpse replaced it. The statue went into the Bag of Holding carried by Moghammer. It is distinct from the Golden Statue from the Temple of Cayochan.

Session 17

Mettle Brinewell, the village apothecary, offered fifty crawfish for the statue in Session 17. Bodius declined and paid with his existing crawfish. The statue remains party property, not sold. Here it is described as four feet tall; its weight and the older conflicting height remain unreconciled.
