Find Artus Cimber

Provisional symbolic search study: frost edges one empty muddy jungle path and nearby leaves; no source confirms that Artus or the Ring of Winter left this trail, and Artus, the ring, people, creatures, tracks, structures, text, and symbols are not depicted

Status: 🟢 Active — fetch ally / item

Objective

Locate Artus Cimber in the jungle; he carries the Ring of Winter, which could turn Watto’s raid.

Details

  • Artus has been traveling the jungle ~6 months.
  • LeGrand went out solo to find him. Session 15 confirmed that the party had already completed Warn LeGrand before departing.
  • Session 12: Jacques LaFleur says he saw Artus about two weeks ago somewhere in the jungle, but LaFleur was lost and cannot place the exact location. Treat this as weak confirmation Artus is active, not a route.
  • If the party finds Artus first, it should tell him that Jabari Muktow betrayed Oliver Watto and recruit him for the coming raid.
