Description
Bonzo is a human monk from LeGoomia, recognizable by his big beard, tattered monk robes, and dirty, road-worn appearance. He wears small elf-like boots with controllable bells and has paired star tattoos partly visible across his chest. The ancient Aldani engineer’s claw he once carried on his back bonded as his arm in Session 17. His Hat of Water Breathing resembles a Peaky Blinders cap; the separate coonskin hat remains part of his established look.
He can transform into a raven three times per day through Balm Bitdoom’s feather. The illustration above shows that raven form perched on Bodius’s cart disguise. In combat, Primal Savagery temporarily lengthens his fingernails into acid claws, and his movement through the Wyrmheart forge had the loose appearance of drunken parkour executed with precise control.
In Session 17, the Aldani claw bonded as his arm and grew a second set of pincers after he passed the ownership trial. Its removability remains unclear. He emerged visibly overfull and delirious from eating 109 monkfish; this was the immediate scene, not a permanent body-size change.

Notes
- Found a note with the boots: “My Biskarrs — Watto’s lap dog Legrand has returned, we need to dispose of him soon, quietly, like the others. Meet me at the bathhouse at midnight to discuss.”
- Wisely demanded Balm Bitdoom’s bargain in writing.
- Scouted the jungle at night in Raven form during Session 9; got knocked out of form by a vine trap after only ~100 feet into the understory. Rule confirmed: any damage in Raven form breaks the transformation.
- Used Speak with Animals in session 10 to get jungle insects off the party and receive directional help from a crystal dragonfly.
- Entered a bird fight at Old Tin Top’s in Raven form as “Mad Uncle Octavius.” Fairy breast milk gave him fire breath; he burned a blue heron and won the wager.
- Used the Aldani claw throughout Session 13, then detonated the lower Wyrmheart kobolds’ explosive barrels with Druidcraft and survived the blast by spending Heroic Inspiration.
- In Session 14, dreamed of Calypso repeating “Trust the numbers,” then helped defeat Siegfried with a bomb and the party’s hot orange goo.
- After the fight, cleanly harvested the Wyrmheart dragon heart and a full jug of red-dragon milk for party inventory. The milk is not the faerie milk required for Mina Aubrey’s cure.
- In Session 15, scouted Wyrmheart’s active forge in raven form atop cart-disguised Bodius, helped free two pale dwarven captives, and used Primal Savagery against the firenewts before reaching level 6.
- The table described darkvision glasses that Bonzo routinely wears, but no inventory or sheet evidence confirms them yet.
Session 16
In Session 16, Bonzo voluntarily contributed blood to Faf’s holy symbol, restrained the first warlock with his Aldani claw during the interrogation, and crossed the forge chasm with a flying-squirrel-style leap using claw and tentacle. His attempt to make friendship bracelets did not succeed. Returning to the Aldani for his claw ownership trial remains the intended next step, not completed travel.
Session 17
Session 17 brought the return to the Aldani village and completion of the claw trial: 109 aged monkfish against a requirement of 100. Before arrival, Bonzo scouted the Gorge of Blades from the air and fought the zombie tyrannosaurus with his claw and Primal Savagery. The whole party took one explicit death-curse maximum-HP loss.
