A deep onyx-black dragon-scale scabbard recovered from Siegfried’s hoard in Session 14. It transforms its form and appearance to suit a chosen bladed weapon and protects the blade inside.

The table jokingly called it a “Scabbard of Many Colors,” but no formal inventory title was confirmed. The party offered it to Faf, who rejected the hoard and walked away; no final owner was established.
