Fourth-generation Chultan gnome-on-wings and respected proprietor of the dinosaur races in Xibalba.
Original deal: Find hard evidence that Rhalzar Biskarr and the Biskarr family are cheating in the races, likely through Velmera’s juicing operation, and report back. Sebulba promised the party a special craft if they brought proof.
After the party handled the Biskarrs and reported back, Sebulba told them not to sell Biskarr’s Bastardly Brew to anyone and rewarded them with an Immovable Rod.
Observed at the races in a tailgate-style tent, lounging with three finely dressed lizardfolk.
