Cast-out fallen angel. A Huantee (snake person). Found the Huantee people and became one of them. Controls the undead horde lurking the Chult jungle. Possibly responsible for the death curse.

Carries, or is believed by Balm Bitdoom to carry, the Kilburg Card Deck in his pocket. Balm Bitdoom wants the party to retrieve it within 3 months as debt remittance. Failure means Balm Bitdoom says he will kill one party member.
