Runs the dinosaur races in Xibalba. Will provide a mount if the party runs intel during the race.
Deal: Find evidence of Relzar Biscar cheating (likely Velmira’s juicing operation) and report back. See Active Side Quests.
After the party handled the Biscars and reported back, Sebulba told them not to sell Biscar’s Bastardly Brew to anyone and rewarded them with an Immovable Rod.
Observed at the races in a tailgate-style tent, lounging with three finely dressed lizardfolk.
